Adam Libah
Adam initially trained as a Barrister and is now a Consultant Higher Rights Solicitor. He has worked with some of the leading Legal 500 firms.
He advises and represents private and legally aided clients in the Commercial, Civil and Criminal Courts covering:

Commercial Litigation
Adam advises businesses and individuals, both locally and internationally, in commercial disputes and mediation on matters such Commercial Contracts, Company Law and Corporate Governance, Shareholder, Partnership and Joint Venture Agreements.
Private and Business Immigration
Adam assists local and international Clients in all private and business immigration matters.
Crime/White-collar and Regulatory Law
Adam has a wealth of experience in the fields of White collar, Regulatory Crime and defending prosecutions brought by NCA, SOCA, Economic Crimes Units, HMRC, DWP, the Environment Agency and Trading Standards amongst others.
He has developed an expertise in fraud offences, specialising in confiscation proceedings and restraint orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. His cases involve substantial success in reducing the amount of confiscation ordered after criminal trials.
Mohamed Yousef

Mohamed a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, he is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and finance law, particularly within the GCC (having worked in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Dubai) as well as London (UK).
He held private practice roles with international law firms such as Clifford Chance LLP (in London and Riyadh), Norton Rose Fullbright LLP (London) and Hogan Lovells LLP (Jeddah). With twenty-five years legal experience across diverse sectors including private equity, venture capital (emerging technologies), project, trade and Islamic finance, commercial banking, private wealth and estate planning.
His senior in-house roles include Sovereign Wealth Funds such as a PIF subsidiary (SALIC UK, London), Doha Venture Capital (Qatar Free Zones Authority), as well as in-house roles with the Saudi National Bank, Bapco Refining (Bahrain), the Islamic Development Bank, in addition to Saudi Arabian family offices, CMA licensed investment companies, UK based digital estate planning platform and a Dubai based Middle East sustainable fashion business. He is currently advising an AI driven ESG and sustainability focused UK company and a GCC based pharmaceutical company.
His qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law, London and a Master of Laws from the University College London
Sonia Dass
Sonia Dass
Sonia qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and specialises in Immigration law.
This includes entry clearance applications, applications made within the UK and appeals. Sonia also undertakes Judicial Review cases. She is accredited under the Law Societies Immigration and Asylum Scheme. Sonia has wide experience in all areas of immigration law and her work has included acting for minors and victims of domestic violence.
Sonia has acted very successfully in Applications and Appeals involving a Human Rights dimension and has been successful across the full range of matters that clients bring to her. She has knowledge of the Immigration rules and regulations pertaining to Immigration, Asylum Naturalisation applications and has succeeded in many bail applications for detained clients.

Stephen Bunker
Stephen Bunker
A highly versatile and well-equipped legal professional with well over a decade of experience.
Stephen has covered the majority of each and every criminal offence coming before the courts
ranging from petty offences of theft to grave crimes, including Rape and Murder.
Stephen has become a specialist in assisting clients who are being investigated for offences of a
sexual nature that fall under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for offences such as Rape and
Sexual Assault, to name but a few.
He has acquired an in-depth understanding of the offences and defences available for offences
relating to the Indecent Images of Children falling under the two main offence categories: –
Section 1 of the Protection of Children Act 1978 (PCA 1978); and
Section 160 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (CJA 1988)
Stephen has extensive knowledge and considerable expertise of offences falling under the Fraud
Act 2006 and offences attributed to this legislation, including but not limited to Fraud by False
Representations, Fraud by Failing to Disclose Information, Fraud by Abuse of Position and
Possession of Articles for the use in Fraud offences.
Stephen is well versed with the Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE), which governs
police powers of investigation, including arrest, detention, interrogation, entry and search of
premises, personal searches and the taking of samples.
Over the years, he has been involved in interviews conducted by the National Crime Agency,
Eastern Regional Special Operations Unit and Fraud Squad advising in the most serious cases,
including ones attracting media attention.
Stephen has also gained experience in interviews under caution for regulatory offences with
various governing bodies and authorities, including but not limited to the department for works
and pensions, driving vehicles standards agency, and RSPCA, to name but a few.
Stephen has handled thousands of investigation enquiries and been involved in some of the
most high profile cases prosecuted in the last decade. He has worked for several ‘top tier’
criminal defence law firms in London, Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties. He is well
placed to grapple with the most pressing and involved enquiries with professionals and business
leaders alike. He has covered every conceivable investigation travelling the length and breadth of
the country, often personally recommended to the matter at hand.
